Judgment Against the Divines (Stratey Stock Basher)
A judgment against James and Catherine Divine has ordered them to pay Miro Zecevic and Mina Mar Group Inc damages. An injunction also prevents them from disseminating, posting on the Internet or publishing further defamatory statements regarding Miro Zecevic or Mina Mar Group Inc. The second phase of enforcement (creditor debtor examination and attachment to all assets) will start shortly. A committal order will also be sought if there's a failure to comply.
