Based on recent activity, RCC Holdings Corp has upgraded its sales projections from its March 20, 2008 announcement, upgrading calendar year 2008 sales to $15,000,000, from $12,000,000. Projections for 2009 remain constant at $22,000,000, pending further development of existing relationships.

RCC Holdings Corp will continue to update the investment community through press releases and the companies Web site.
